SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Picker/Packers for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Picker/Packer for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
Quality Assurance
Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include M-F 7am-3pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of aPicker/Packer:
Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clients
Lead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goals
Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency
Possess a professional style of communication
Required Qualifications of a Picker/Packer:
Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
Forklift Certification preferred, not required
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse Management System preferred not required
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environment
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
