SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Press Brake Operator for a client in Rockwall, TX. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator:
Performs daily Preventive maintenance on machine.
Start up and stop equipment.
Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Mark parts for identification.
Place equipment on conveyor belt/tables/baskets/totes for further processing.
Properly scrap non-conforming material (set up parts).
Read and interpret gauges.
Work from routings, manufacturing instruction sheets, blueprints, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels.
Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications of the Press Brake Operator:
Previous experience in operating Press Brake.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.
Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
