Millennium Staffing is immediately hiring a Product Owner for a well known company in Memphis, TN Millennium Staffing is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $77/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 8a-5p Product Owner Duties and Responsibilities:
Backlog Management: Prioritize and refine the backlog by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the most critical tasks align with business goals. This involves reviewing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring clarity for the teams.
Meeting Ceremonies: Participate in various team ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, with the teams to discuss progress, address any blockers, and adjust priorities as needed. This helps maintain momentum and ensures that everyone is aligned on the current objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with various stakeholder to gather feedback, understand their needs, and communicate updates on project status. This ensures that the infrastructure solutions being developed meet user requirements and expectations.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. This may involve coordinating with technical teams to implement enhancements or troubleshoot issues, ensuring that the infrastructure remains robust and efficient.
