SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators in East Dundee, IL. Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished product. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Positions are long-term temporary and offer competitive compensation $17/HR - $18/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd Shift: 2:30 - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Load raw materials and monitor machines for continuous operation.
Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision.
Assist with line changeovers and cleaning procedures.
Accurately record production data and downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn machine operation and follow instructions carefully.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
