SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Production Associates for a large, well-known client in Elk Grove Village, IL. As a Production Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all different aspects of warehouse operations.

Available shifts include: Monday- Friday 6:30am-3:00pm (First day starts at 8am for safety training, after that every day is 6:30am start time.)
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
-Operate molding presses and other machinery in the production department.
-Visually inspect parts for defects and separate from production run.-Accurately report scrap.
-Trim gates, flash and otherwise prepare product for packaging.
-Pack parts for shipment according to instruction.
-Uphold and comply with Code of Ethics and Conduct and follow safety policies.
-Ensure that housekeeping in the department is properly maintained.
-Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:-Previous warehouse/production experience-Able to determine slight differences in color and other visual blemishes (molding defects)
-Able to stand for an entire shift (8-10 hrs / day)
-Able to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs.
-Able to work in a shop environment – frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, solvents, and oils
-Able to frequently do any reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling and crouching
-Fluent in English
