1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Overview: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team. This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring all products meet safety and quality standards while supporting smooth production flow. Responsibilities:
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Perform general manual work in a production environment.
Unstack, stack, and build pallets as needed.
Place bottles into boxes and prepare packaging.
Cut straps and plastic materials for production use.
Clean and rework bottles and labels as required.
Conduct line quality inspections.
Add additional items to bottles or boxes (e.g., stickers, ribbons, designs).
Additional Duties
Adhere to safety, sanitation, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Clean machinery using tools such as scrapers, wipes, and squeegees to maintain performance.
Repair substandard packages (e.g., relabeling or restacking).
Load packaging supplies into equipment, including manual lifting up to 50lbs.
Move and empty garbage and recycling containers (lifting up to 50lbs*).
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), and Food Safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace per 5S standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs in a production setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating or long shifts.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred required.
