Primary Areas of Responsibility 1. Operate and maintain tortillas equipment such as ovens, conveyor belts, mixers, fryers etc. 2. Mix dough and bake or fry tortillas according to specifications 3. Maintain a safe and orderly work area according to General Manufacturing Practices and Safety Rules 4. Must be able to set up, change over, adjust, repair and operate equipment on all shifts 5. Observe all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations 6. Clean equipment according to sanitation procedures 7. Responsible for accurate production reports Secondary areas of Responsibility 1. Communicate to lead and supervisor any product quality concerns 2. Communicate to lead and supervisor any accidents 3. Complete other duties as assigned 4. Attends all mandatory meetings 5. Assist in training new operators Physical Requirements 1. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, 4 feet high, without the aid of another person. 2. Must be able to sit/stand for up to a full eight-hour shift in the performance of job duties 3. Must be able to climb (up and down) up to 10 feet high for up to a full eight hours shift in the performance of job duties 4. Must be able to bend, stop, push, and pull in the performance of job duties 5. Must be able to use fingers bilaterally and unilaterally 6. Must be able to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions 7. Must be able to maintain amicable work relationships with fellow employees and perform all essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased work levels of work-related stressShifts:Monday- Saturday 6am-2:30pm 2:pm-10pm10pm-6am Pay- DOE $16:00 Location- Carrollton, TX
