2nd Shift- Production Supervisor - Norwalk, OH
Hours are 2pm-10pm with straight time pay after 45 hours
Manage approximately 30-35 employees/non union facility/$60-70k
Summary:
Production Supervisor is responsible for the fulfillment of the production plan by adhering to safety, quality and customer requirements. The Production Supervisor coordinates and executes scheduling requirements by following standards and procedures and escalating issues as set forth in the standards and procedures. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.
To fulfill the production plan by manufacturing a quality part for our customers to quality, safety and engineering standards.
Produce parts according to quality standards and requirements.
Coordinate and audit work activities to maintain adherence to production guidelines, work instructions and processes.
Develop, direct and manage the personnel engaged in manufacturing of customer products within the production work schedule to maintain product quality requirements and expectations set by the customer.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience in supervision.
Windows, outlook, excel, PowerPoint, and computer skills required.
