SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Project Coating Estimator for a client in Rowlett, TX. The Project Coating Estimator is responsible for evaluating processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve operating capability and sustainability while maintaining all applicable safety and reliability standards; to develop best practices within the production process; to research and propose new equipment or equipment modifications. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation $65k-$75k as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: Day Shift Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Coating Estimator:
Reviews job specifications and drawings provided by the customer.
Reviews and advises of special requirements that may require third party vendor pricing.
Ensures all materials are identified, ordered, and costed to ensure proper final product completion.
Define all components necessary to complete billing of material and project(s).
Generates data sheets and reports on project costs and status.
Qualifications of the Project Coating Estimator:
1-3 years of powder coating experience preferred, sheet metal industry experience preferred
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience in reading blueprints required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work during various time zones required
Minimum Education• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
