SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Project Manager in Dallas, TX. As a Project Manager for SURESTAFF, you will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Previous project management experience is required. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($40/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMResponsibilities of the Project Manager:
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Required Qualifications of the Project Manager:
5+ years of project management experience (required)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management tools and software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable attendance and punctuality
