Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a ProtoTrak Control - EMX Control. This position is based at our facility in Schaumburg, IL 60173 As a ProtoTrak Control - EMX Control, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the ProtoTrak Control system, ensuring its smooth functioning and efficiency. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for precision machining, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities- Operate and program the ProtoTrak Control system to execute precision machining tasks
- Monitor and maintain the EMX Control system to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the production team to understand machining requirements and deliver high-quality results
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the ProtoTrak Control system
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of machining processes and adjustments made
- Assist in training and mentoring junior operators on the ProtoTrak Control system
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in machining technology
Qualifications- Prior experience operating and programming the ProtoTrak Control system
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machining or related field are a plus
