Job Description
QA TechniciansShifts: 1st-6am-2pm2nd - 2pm-10pm3rd- 10pm-6amPay DOE Primary Areas of Responsibility- Product Testing and record of all Work in Progress and Finish Product.
- Perform the Pre-Operatives Inspection at the Plant Start Up.
- Report any irregularity to Production Lead or Production Shift Manager.
- Identify and segregate all products that do not meet Rudy’s Tortillas specifications.
- Review all HACCP Critical and Control Points.
- Release all production in X3.
- For Truco, input all information in ETQ before sending the samples to Truco.
- Any other related activity.
