SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead - Analyst for a supplementcompany in Midlothian, TX. A successful Quality Control Lead - Analyst should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift Monday - Friday with some Saturdays from 5am to 3:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Quality Control Lead - Analyst:
Interprets discrete job routing sheet, artwork, and specifications and confers with management or other staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
Works with production personnel to ensure cleanliness/sanitation of production equipment prior to production startup.
Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as moisture, pH, organoleptic attributes, etc.
Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance.
Oversees Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and reports any infractions to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager
Crossed trained in other departments.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Lead - Analyst:
1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality systems and controls.
