SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control/Production Team Leader for amanufacturingcompany in Garland Tx. A successful Quality Control/Production Team Lead should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Monday to Friday
6:00am-3:30pm
. Overtime is available.Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Suggest and organize team building activities
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Technician:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Professional Decision-making skill
3+ years’ experience in inspection and quality in a manufacturing environment.
Former Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge and use of Micrometers and Calipers.
Pay dependent on experience.
