Shifts:- 8 & 10 hour shifts
- 1st & 2nd shifts
- Weekend Availability a plus
Pay:- $17-$23.00/hour, dependent upon experience and shift
As Quality Control for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in food quality assurance and packaging.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control: - Complete audits at a designated cadence during various steps of the production process.
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
- Follow and enforce strict manufacturing policies and procedures involving allergen control, Organic and Gluten segregation.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of daily production documentation.
- Complete daily sanitation, facility, and quality documents as needed
- Works with cross-functional team(s) to place unacceptable ingredients on hold or non-conforming products received at facility.
- Monitor temperatures of ingredients and storage locations.
- Routine testing and swabbing of production areas to ensure accuracy of sanitation procedures.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control:- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Knowledgeable in food safety preferred.
- Cold environment of 35° F. Recommended to dress in layers.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous Quality Assurance/Inspection experience
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop, reach frequently throughout shift.
