SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Managerfor acompany in Garland, TX. A successful Quality Control Manager should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday - Friday 1st shiftResponsibilities of the Quality Control Manager:
Quality Inspection of mechanical components and sub-assemblies
Create inspection methods
Conducts the First Article, in-process, in-coming and final inspections
Documents inspection results by completing reports and inspection forms.
Initiates process for Nonconforming Material
Operates under guidance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Assists in effective resolution and root cause analysis and initiates CAPAs
Performs internal audits as required.
Conduct internal Management Review Meetings
Oversee annual ISO 90001:2015 audit.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Manager:
High School Diploma
Requires 2 year associates or technical degree or equivalent related job experience in a similar industry.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing / quality environment as Quality Inspector or other related field.
