Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring detail-oriented Quality Control Technicians for a well know company in Elgin, IL. A successful Quality Control Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.

Available shifts include:2nd Shift:(12pm-8:30pm) $19.253rd Shift: (8pm-4:30am) $19.50Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:- Performs regular sampling and testing at all points of production while maintaining documentation in compliance with food safety and hygiene expectations, sampling and inspection, product integrity, customer compliant research for resolution, and conformance to policies. Cleans, sanitizes, and monitors sanitation practices of production and warehouse areas in compliance with all procedures, policies, and practices.
- Conducts routine swabbing of the processing environment to support effective implementation of sanitation preventive control. Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Proactively communicates and supports team to maintain an environment of coordination and collaboration in all areas of the business.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Technician:- Participates in a productive and supportive work environment by cooperating with all team members throughout office and production departments.
- Addresses and/or escalates to appropriate parties of any failures to comply with job protocols and requirements.
- Works to continuously develop and improve performance of job duties and contributions to organization.
- Performs job duties and other related duties for the organization as assigned.
