SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a machining company in Glendale Heights, IL. A successful Quality Inspector should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.

Available shifts include 1st shift [5am-3:30pm]
Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Inspector:
Experience with quality systems and controls.
Ability to interface and communicate with plant supervisors and operators to resolve issues
Skilled in the use of mechanical gauges such as micrometers, optical comparators, dial indicators, and other measurement tools.
Ability to read blueprints of parts.
Knowledge of GD&T and SPC
