SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a Wiring and Cable company in Allen TX. A successful Quality Control Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Create daily reports. • Help screening stock for non-conformances. • Submit monthly reports. • Provides administrative assistance to Quality Engineers and other Quality Department team members. • Assist with the setup and completion of mechanical inspection, i.e. thread gage, pitch mic, calipers. • Assists Quality Engineers with identifying opportunities for making improvements to processes and products. • Performs other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing role • 1-2 years of experience in Quality role, strongly preferred • Experience using Quality tools and practices, preferred • Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills • Excellent computer skills.
