SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Technician for acompany in Burlington, IL. A successful Quality Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-$24 depending on experience as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. This is a 2nd shift role from 3PM-11PM that will require training on 1st shift from 7AM-3:30PM Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:
Support and help solve quality problems associated with the manufacturing processes and procedures as well as the supporting environment.
Timely completion of customer & supplier PPAP documentation that adheres to customer prescribed timing for all defined milestones. This includes new product launches, engineering changes and supplier-related changes that affect the end product.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Technician:
1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality systems and controls.
