SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality and Training Specialist for a company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. A successful Quality and Training Specialist should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($23/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include (830am-5pm) Responsibilities of the Quality and Training Specialist:
Create, implement, and enforce quality control procedures and systems to meet standards.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in process materials, and final products to ensure they meet specifications.
Document and record inspections, testing results, non conformances, and corrective actions for audits and reference.
Identify document and analyze quality deviations defects and procedural errors leading to root cause and find resolution.
Ensure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality practices and resolve issues.
Look for areas of improvement, propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Audit to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications of the Quality and Training Specialist:
1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality systems and controls.
