SURESTAFF is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk in Niles, IL. This role is essential to ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, labeled, and organized for smooth production flow. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining order and accuracy. Shift: M - F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMPay Rate: $18/HR Key Responsibilities:
Receive and Inspect Shipments: Check in all incoming goods promptly and thoroughly. Verify that items match purchase orders in terms of size, color, quantity, and product specifications.
Label and Organize Inventory: Accurately label items and ensure they are stored in designated areas to maintain an organized and production-ready receiving zone.
Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with our print and embroidery crews to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for production.
Maintain Clean and Safe Workspaces: Keep the receiving area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards to support efficient operations.
Support Inventory Accuracy: Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the warehouse manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills, including experience with UPS WorldShip software (required).
Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
