Cardinal Staffing is partnering with a top Direct Hire Cutting Edge Technology Metalworking Solutions Firm in the Perrysburg, OH area with the following Jr. Salesforce Analyst role. Join as a Salesforce Junior Analyst and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Salesforce.com deployment. We're dedicated to innovation in fluid management solutions and are looking for a driven individual to enhance our CRM capabilities. As a Salesforce Junior Analyst you'll play a crucial role blending technical project management, system administration, and data analysis. Your responsibilities will include daily configuration, support, maintenance, and development of our CRM platform and associated applications (Pardot, Maps, S-Docs, etc.). Additionally, you'll work as a data analyst, ensuring data integrity through cleansing and consolidation efforts across our systems. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of Salesforce.com development experience
Preferred experience with Apex, Salesforce APIs, AWS, SQL Server, SQL, SOQL, MuleSoft, and Pardot
Strong skills in process/project management
Proven track record of improving processes and driving Salesforce.com adoption
Autonomous and self-motivated, aligned with company's vision and mission
Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate support teams globally

Build and manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations while adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing and maintaining test classes for all custom development.

Manage and complete development projects as required.

Work independently with members of the global user community to define and document enhancement requests and development requirements.
Assist in the training of new users and new features and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Assist in system administrator tasks for Salesforce.com as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare and execute required upgrades as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.
Clear communicator with strong technical assessment abilities during the pre-screening and should be able to clearly define the projects, skills, and experiences that they have worked on in relation to minimum requirements
This is a 100 percent onsite role in Perrysburg, OH that will include several rounds of interviews and an assessment
Direct Hire Position does not allow sponsorship- includes a Salary, Comprehensive Benefit Package and Bonus Opportunity Salary Range- Based on quality of interview in relation to job description in the range of 60-75K
