SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Sandblaster for a client in Itasca, IL The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20/Hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: M-F 7a-3:30p. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Sandblaster:
Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces
Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment
Load and unload the blast cabinet
Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed
Required Qualifications of the Sandblaster:
High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus
Physical stamina
Flexible schedule
Familiarity with power tools
