Job Description
Sanitation Tech
Shift:- 1st Shift 6am-2pm
- 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
- 3rd Shift 10pm-6am
Pay: $17.00
Responsibility: 1. Assure that all Sanitation Activities are done on a day by day basis. 2. Use the sanitation equipment in a proper manner to achieve the necessary shores. 3. Complete the proper documentation to maintain the Sanitation and Food Safety programs in place. 4. Assist Production when an emergency occurs. 5. Coordinate with Sanitation to assure no shores are overseeing. 6. Keep and maintain the sanitary conditions of all the building (roof, walls and floor) and grounds. 7. Weight all production waste and fill out the waste report. 8. Dispose of all trash (Paper or Plastic) and Food Waste in the proper manner to maintain the Sanitation status of the company. 9. Maintain the Hydrocal system working properly and keep the pH readings in standards. 10. Maintain the main office clean at all moments. 11. Keep the Nejayote filters clean and in good conditions. 12. Keep and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule Updated. 13. Any other related activity. Physical Requirements
