SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Service Advisor for a large, well-known client in Dallas, TX. As a Service Advisor We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas, specializing in Insulation equipment repair and service for insulation contractors. This customer-facing role requires someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and focused on delivering exceptional service while managing the operational demands of a dynamic repair and parts department
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $26.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Service Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for insulation contractors needing equipment service or repairs.
Provide clear updates on service timelines, repairs, and parts availability.
Ensure all customer interactions are professional, prompt, and solution-oriented.
Repair Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule service technicians for onsite or in-shop equipment repairs.
Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
Maintain service logs and ensure all work is tracked and completed efficiently.
Parts Management
Oversee the parts department including inventory control, restocking, and organization.
Source, order, and track critical parts for insulation equipment repairs.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of necessary components.
Operational Support
Work closely with technicians to understand repair needs and timelines.
Manage work orders, service tickets, and billing in coordination with accounting teams.
Monitor KPIs related to service turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and parts availability.
Service Advisor and Qualifications
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
