Job Description
SureStaff has an immediate need for a Field Sales and Service Technician on their sales and marketing team home-based in the Twin Cities, MN. Service Technician will serve as technical support person for the District Sales Manager in corporate accounts and independent chemical managers and other accounts designated by the District Sales Manager. The Senior Service Engineer will be the first line of defense on problems within a DSM territory. Additional assistance may be directed to the appropriate home office resource. The Senior Service Engineer assumes the responsibility to collect samples and data from the corporate accounts and develop sales with distributors when directed by the District Sales Manager. Assumes the ability to conduct short technical seminars at the corporate accounts. Will be trained and have the ability to audit regional laboratories and run tests as needed. This position travels extensively, four to ten days per month. Must have Qualifications Hard working. Trustworthy. Willing to learn. Customer oriented attitude. Willing to travel.
