Shipping & Receiving Bilingual SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for a company in The Colony TX area. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and returns processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable using shipping systems and basic computer tools. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $15.00/hour, with performance evaluations every 30–60 days for potential pay increases based on attendance and progress.Available shift Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturdays required during peak season) Shipping & Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
Prepare packages and create shipping labels using UPS and FedEx systems
Maintain and track inventory, ensuring proper stock organization
Process returns, including documentation, credits, and shipping labels
Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages
Maintain clean and organized warehouse and shipping areas
Communicate with team members using Google Drive, Slack, and email
Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of packages
Ability to lift items as required in a warehouse setting
