SURESTAFF is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping &Receiving Clerk in Bedford Park, IL. This role is essential to ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately received, labeled, and organized for smooth production flow. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining order and accuracy. The responsibilities of this position include assisting in data entry responsibilities with outgoing and incoming freight. More specifically, this position will check receiving paperwork, transact receivers in MRP system, and create packing slips for outgoing paperwork.

Available Shifts:1st shift Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:
Receive and Inspect Shipments: Check in all incoming goods promptly and thoroughly. Verify that items match purchase orders in terms of size, color, quantity, and product specifications.
Label and Organize Inventory: Accurately label items and ensure they are stored in designated areas to maintain an organized and production-ready receiving zone.
Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with our print and embroidery crews to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for production.
Maintain Clean and Safe Workspaces: Keep the receiving area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards to support efficient operations.
Support Inventory Accuracy: Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the warehouse manager or supervisor.
Required Qualifications of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to use MRP Software software required.
Ability to use Great Plains Dynamic Software software Preferred.
Basic computer skills, including experience with UPS WorldShip software (required).
3 years experience in warehouse/inventory is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
