SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Soldering Technician for a large, well-known client in Spring Grove, IL. As a Soldering Technician, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced and assembled properly.

Shifts available are 1ST shift (6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities of the Soldering Technician:
Solder wires to components according to the wire/cable gauge
Follow diagrams/print/drawings
Take measurements of strip length of the wire/cable
Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.Meet specific customer requirements
Required Qualifications of the Soldering Technician:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Previous assembly, production, machine operator, or injection molding experience a plus.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to see and differentiate colors
Able to see small objects and be detail oriented
