SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Splitters for a client in Itasca, IL. The Splitter is responsible for sorting incoming customer mail by mailbox numbers and distribution to the sorting machines, depending on the destination SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $16-$17/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: 2nd Shift: 4:45pm - 3:00am (M-F) Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Splitter:
Read tray labels.
Move and sort trays to group pallets.
Ensure trays are placed in 2+4 and 4+2 alternating fashion.
Ensures that trays are facing out with all tags visible.
Required Qualifications of the Splitter:
Ability to lift consistently heavy mail trays.
Ability to stand, bend, and twist throughout shift.
Agility and multitask.
Strong attention to detail and concentration.
Reliable attendance.
Experience preferred in mailing business, factories, warehouse, and shift work.
Ability to work at fast pace.
