Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring an experienced (10 years minimum) Stone Refinisher in Whitestown, IN. As a Stone Refinisher, you will be responsible for refinishing/restoring stone floors and countertops, grouting and tile replacement. This is a senior role that will help our team address a growing and dynamic marketplace. We're looking for a self-starter who is customer-focused, familiar with Marble, Granite, and Quartzite, other natural stone, and knowledgeable of polishing compounds, diamond abrasives, and sealers & epoxies. This role requires drive and a sense of accountability as the day-to-day working environment entails being with customers on a one- on-one basis. Responsibilities of the Stone Refinisher:- Fulfilling refinishing jobs at clients' (homes and places of business) locations
- Handlining customer interactions face-to-face
- Working with the scheduling department to optimize efficiency
- Maintaining and stocking work truck with needed materials for daily jobs
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible
- Comply with proper safety policies and procedures
- Report any complaints or issues to management
Qualifications of the Stone Refinisher- Minimum of 10 years' experience with refinishing/restoring stone floors and counter tops and walls
- Experienced at grouting and tile replacement
- Fluent in English, with a working knowledge of Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of polishing compounds, diamond abrasives, sealers and epoxies
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
- Valid Driver’s License
