Job Summary Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fostering positive work environments? Surestaff is seeking a Bi-Lingual Team Lead to deliver high-quality service to our clients and temporary employees. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of a cooperative and harmonious workplace, ensuring employee morale, productivity, and retention. Your responsibilities will include check-ins, onboarding/orientation, and site-specific training. Shift: 1st M-F as early as 6am-2:30pm OT as needed Pay: $16.75/hr Key Responsibilities
Meet & greet new employees to ensure a positive first impression of SURESTAFF and the client.
Ensure proper floor placement and orientation for new hires, including facility tours, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.
Maintain visibility on the floor to address concerns and promote a positive culture.
Monitor safety compliance and step into production roles as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential issues with professionalism.
About You
Some supervisory experience.
Flexibility to support multiple shifts as required by the client.
Strong customer and client focus with excellent communication skills.
Bilingual in English/Spanish. plus
Self-driven, vibrant, and passionate about creating a positive work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime as needed.
