SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Team Lead for a large distribution center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.

Available shifts include Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm or 10am-6:30pm
Responsibilities of the Team Lead: • Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates • Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports • Follow up on issues as needed • Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed • Be flexible with shift hours as needed in 4th QTR • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations • Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines • Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Team Lead: • High School Diploma or Equivalent• At least 1 year of quality and leadership experience• SAP and /or WMS environment preferred • Computer literacy applied • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player: reliable, dependable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations • Able to push/pull up to 50 pounds About Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
