SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Temporary Finance Associate for a client in Elgin, IL. As a Temporary Finance Associate, you will be filling in for an employee on leave and handling responsibilities involving billing, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation (~$38-39/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). This temporary position will last approximately 3 months, or until the full-time Finance Associate returns from leave. Temporary Finance Associate Responsibilities:
Handle all billing related duties such as generating and dispatching invoices, preparing and reviewing documents, etc.
Conduct cash application, accounts receivable factoring, and account reconciliations.
Regularly update cash flow forecasts to ensure accuracy.
Conduct regular Accounts Payable reviews, month-end reports, and expense summaries.
Other various duties as assigned by management.
Temporary Finance Associate Requirements:
Previous professional experience in a financial role
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or relevant field preferred
Proficient computer skills, specifically with data entry and finance softwares/programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
