Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Manufacturing Tool Room Technician for a large, established client located in Kenosha, WI. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time.
This position requires repairing and maintaining tools/molds in the plant and production areas as well as starting up/shutting down machinery such as motors, tools, and conveyor systems.

This is an hourly, temp-to-perm position paying $24+ an hour depending on experience. Available shifts include 2nd and 3rd shift; 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and tools.
- Repair all production equipment as needed.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed.
- Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.
Preferred Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician: - 1+ years' experience in mold-making experience.
- Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
- Proven track record of effective problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
