SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Tote Loader in Garland, TX. As a Tote Loader for SURESTAFF, you will be walking and climbing stairs, and the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Proper use of PPE. Compliance with all safety/regulatory requirements at the company, local, state and federal level. This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp employees are offered competitive compensation $18 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 2nd - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Tote Loader:
Bulk Tanker Loading
Scaling in and spotting bulk tank trucks
Connecting hoses for loading and transferring product
Calculating the amount of product that is to be loaded
Sampling the product and observing the loading process
Disconnecting the hoses and scaling out the truck
Tote Loading:
Package finished product in tote bins
Relocate and store totes utilizing forklift
Transfer product via pipeline
Connecting and disconnecting hoses
Filtering product during transfer
Operate mechanical equipment to successfully transfer product
Utilize personal protective equipment to properly handle materials
Perform routine emptying of waste receptacles
Perform routine cleaning of production area utilizing a pressure washer
General housekeeping and clean-up as needed
And any duties and responsibility assigned for the department
Required Qualifications of the Tote Loader:
Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent GED
Entry level, forklift experience 1+years exp .
Will be forklift certified by our facility.
