Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Tub Wash Operators for a client in West Chicago, IL. The Wash Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.50) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include (Monday - Friday) 2nd Shift 2:00PM-10:30PM. Overtime required when available.Must be available for training on 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm for a minimum of 90 days
Responsibilities of the Wash Operator: - Uses all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Pre-soaks all in coming tubs prior to washing.
- Scraps tub(s) after pre-soak and before washing.
- Checks tub cleaner daily to be sure that it is operating and up to temperature.
- Adds soap and defoamer when required.
- Loads tub washer tank to capacity with dirty tubs during shift and before end of shift.
- Moves cleaned tubs to required staging areas.
- Scraps out work-off ink to be reworked or used for new batches.
- Performs miscellaneous maintenance and housekeeping.
- Additional duties may be required as needed
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:- Effective communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Excellent math, verbal, reading, and comprehension skills.
