SURESTAFF has immediate openings for VMS Manager in Aurora, IL. The VMS Manager is responsible for all facets of the client(s) VMS Program(s) with the help of the extended service team. The VMS Manager is also responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining safety guidelines, and providing continuous support to temporary workforce. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity. Pay: 50k-60k

Responsibilities of the VMS Manager: - Manage all facets of the client’s VMS tool to ensure Surestaff is 100% compliant to the program(s) to include but not limited to:
- Requisition management (creation of job reqs, intake calls, shortlisting, interview scheduling, hiring manager/supplier follow up, onboarding, etc.)
- Non-requisition management (extensions, timesheets, offboarding, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and work items and activities that come into the program mailbox.
- Understand the contracted terms and conditions between the VMS provider and the client, including pricing as well as client(s) rules of engagement and processes.
- Assist operations team during all stages of the contingent labor hiring and engagement process including, but not limited to, onboarding, worker assignment management, invoicing and offboarding.
- Maintain daily updates within VMS tool including new requisitions added. Communicating to operations team any additions or deletions.
- Maintains and updates electronic records to include changes or status updates, accurate compliance fields and validates entries to ensure accuracy.
- Provides guidance and training on process and platform to operations teams and field service offices.
- Responds, documents and answers emails in a timely manner.
- Provides account reporting and status updates as required from Pre-Employment Checks, Hours Reports, and Serviceable Fill-Rates.
- Makes recommendations to improve processes and delivers efficiencies where applicable.
- Maintains and continually increases knowledge of supported software solutions.
- Processes weekly payroll.
- Checks and audits of all payrolls processed to ensure accuracy.
- Internal liaison with staff regarding all pay inquiries: Prompt maintenance of staff records at all times.
- Resolve out of balance accounts, errors and payment queries, to ensure the payroll runs accurately to time.
- Attend client intake calls and virtual meetings to discuss current and forecasted hiring, document and communicate results internally.
- Post jobs, actively source and recruit talent and support delivery activities as needed.
- Support submission of candidates through various VMS and MSP programs and related interview scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications of the VMS Manager: - Minimum three years staffing industry experience in a vendor on-site or account management MSP/VMS role
- Preferably a minimum of one-year supervisory/management experience
- Excellent communication: can clearly articulate verbally and in writing how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaise with management and associates
- Ability to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential.
- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment
- Self-driven, vibrant, and passionate
- Expert level computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, VMS)
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues.
- High attention to detail
