SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Mill Operator for a large manufacturing client located in West Chicago, IL. This position will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met.

This is a temp-to hire role on 3rd shift from Mon-Fri (10pm-6:30am)(Overtime required when available).Must be available for training on 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm for a for a minimum of 90 days.
Responsibilities of the Viva Mill Operator:• Uses all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Pre-soaks all in coming tubs prior to washing. • Scraps tub(s) after pre-soak and before washing. • Checks tub cleaner daily to be sure that it is operating and up to temperature. • Adds soap and defoamer when required. • Loads tub washer tank to capacity with dirty tubs during shift and before end of shift. • Moves cleaned tubs to required staging areas. • Scraps out work-off ink to be reworked or used for new batches. • Performs miscellaneous maintenance and housekeeping. Preferred Qualifications of the Viva Mill Operator:• Effective communication skills. • Computer skills. • Must be a team player and excellent math, verbal, reading, and comprehension skills.About SURESTAFF:
