Warehouse Associate Location: Cobden, IL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Saturdays as needed) Pay Rate: 16.00−16.00−16.50 per hour About the Role:We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position plays a key role in order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining warehouse operations. If you’re detail-oriented, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:✔ Manually pick, pack, and stage orders onto pallets ✔ Repackage bulk items into proper containers and build secure pallets ✔ Prepare shipments (shrink-wrapping, boxing, labeling) ✔ Transport raw materials to storage areas ✔ Complete daily logs and maintain accurate records ✔ Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards ✔ Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) ✔ Safely use packing machinery and follow lockout procedures ✔ Maintain a clean, organized workspace (sweeping, mopping, inventory management) ✔ Train new team members as needed ✔ Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Requirements:✔ Must be at least 18 years old ✔ Basic math, reading, and writing skills ✔ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs ✔ Comfort working in cool environments (as low as 35°F) ✔ Willingness to work Saturdays as neededPreferred Qualifications:✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace Why Apply?*Competitive hourly wage (16−16−16.50) * Consistent daytime schedule (M-F, 6 AM - 2:30 PM) * Opportunity for overtime (Saturdays) * Safe, supportive work environment Equal Opportunity Employer:SureStaff is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
