SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate for our client on the East Side of Indianapolis, IN. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will be required to required to perform a variety of tasks that may require manual labor and use of machinery, tools, and equipment. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $17/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) after 90 days.
Start time may vary, but shifts will be between 6a-5p. Overtime will be available as needed. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
Operate Forklift to pull large orders.
Follow instructions and adhere to all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
Pick/Pack items that are 15lbs or less.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:
MUST have forklift experience.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Be able to work in the elements as this will not be a climate-controlled position.
Understand that this job is approximately 35% forklift and the rest general cleaning & labor.
