SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, IN. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
Quality Assurance
Supporting Technicians
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):
Lift and handle heavy packages (up to 50lbs without restrictions).
Perform manual labor tasks, including cleaning machines and turning wrenches.
Move and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
Assist engineers and office staff with various tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):
High school diploma or GED
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Mechanically minded with a strong willingness to learn.
Enjoys practical, hands-on work.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
