Warehouse Associate for Cargo Location: Des Plaines, IL Pay: $18.50/hourSign-On Bonus of $100 (after working 80 hours) SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a large, well-known logistics client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Cargo Tie-Down Associate you will join our air cargo operations team. In this hands-on position, you will assist in netting and tying down PMC boards to ensure all cargo is properly secured for safe and compliant export air transport. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that C.H. Robinson is known for in global logistics. Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

Follow all company and safety procedures during cargo handling operations
Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts (Tuesday–Saturday)
Prior experience in air cargo, freight handling, or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required — training will be provided
