Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring MIG/TIG Welders for a large, well-known client in Kenosha, WI. Ideal applicants should have experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, or experience with MIG welding processes and various grinding tools. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.50-$21) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include (1st) 5am-1pm (2nd) 3:30pm-12am. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Duties and Responsibilities- Use gas tungsten arc equipment as part of the fabrication process
- Install or repair metal components
- Use grinding equipment in the cleaning process
- Follow blueprints or technical schematics
Requirements and Qualifications- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Completion of technical training or apprenticeship
- 2+ years of TIG welding
- Welding certification
- Attention to detail
