Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring part-time Warehouse Workers for Factor, a HelloFresh company, in Aurora, IL. Factor is one of the fastest-growing prepared meal companies in the US.

Shift Hours:Saturday and Sunday
4am - 2:30pm OR 5am - 3:30pm
2pm - 12:30am OR 3pm -1:30am
Pay Rates:$17 - $18.50/hour
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Worker: - Opening boxes of raw veggies or meat and prepping onto trays with proper spices and seasoning
- Pack food meal trays according to the recipe.
- Working with ovens, grills, etc.
- Work productively and accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Worker:- Knowledgeable in food safety is required.
- Cold environment of 35 degrees.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop, reach frequently throughout shift.
