Assist in the stuffing process by bringing empty meat racks to the stuffer, catching finished meat logs as they exit the machine, and loading them into meat racks. Each meat log weighs approximately 24â27 lbs
Support room setup at the beginning of the shift and assist with room breakdown and cleanup at the end of the shift
Ensure that any meat log that bursts or breaks during stuffing is sent through a metal detectorbefore being returned to the hopper, following
fod-safety procedures.
Serve as Oven Helper by assisting Smokehouse Operators during cooking and chilling operations as needed.

Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Shift Supervisor:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
At least 1 year of previous plastics injection molding experience.
Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.

Assist operator on start-up.

Stop any operation where there is an issue of safety or product quality.

Promotes the use of statistical process control on processes for defect prevention vs. defect detection.
Ensures acceptable Sorting/Rework operations and proper release for shipment to the customer.

Participates in Gage R&R or other studies.

Required Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Inspector:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 2 years relevant experience.

Build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Act as a liaison for our facility and with the rest of our organization to ensure that all parties understand all customer expectations including but not limited to the following: any SLA (service level agreements), job requirements, schedule information, special instructions, delivery expectations, cost components, sell rates, etc.

Senior Customer Service Representative Job Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelorâs degree in discipline related to functional work roles with 5-7 years of relevant work experience with international mail & parcel logistics OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems.
Able to apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office software (highly recommended to be at least highly proficient in Microsoft Excel), MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments.

Operate continuous high resolution, color variable print imaging equipment on Screen True Press equipment.

Set up in line finishing equipment such as in-line perfing & hole punching, setup print files and adjust imaging position from job tickets.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct operating problems affecting the quality and timeliness of the printed materials.

Perform production quality check lists in compliance with work instructions to ensure consistent quality during the run of each job.

Perform production record / sequence verification steps with variable data jobs.

Maintain various departmental logs â paper, print production logs, equipment supplies inventory, etc.

Perform machine repairs as needed for preventative maintenance of the digital inkjet presses. Complex repairs are to be escalated supervisor to evaluate for further vendor technical support.

Drafts and sends emails prior to shift turnover with feedback on production status throughout the shift.

Communicates with external vendors via phone, email, and in-person to support department equipment maintenance.

Completes other various duties as assigned by shift supervisor.

Required Qualifications of the Digital Press Operator:

2-3 years previous machine operating experience with digital presses.
Able to lift and push approximately 50 lbs.
Good mechanical skills to set up, maintain and repair various components of digitalpresses and fi nishing equipment
Ability to read and understand work related documentation regarding jobspecifi cations & computer screen

Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and Digital calipers.
Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers.
Set controls to regulate machining, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
Perform required preventative maintenance per schedule and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications of the CNC Machinist:

2+ years' experience using production machinery
Knowledge of CNC programming
Use of computer system to issue material, labor and record quality data
Knowledge of industrial math such as Trigonometry
Proven history of working with gauges and calipers
