Assist engineers in the development, prototyping, and testing of LED lighting products and systems
Build, assemble, and modify product prototypes or samples based on engineering specifications
Perform electrical and photometric testing of LED fixtures, drivers, and components using appropriate lab equipment (e.g., integrating sphere, goniophotometer, power analyzers)
Document test procedures, results, and product data accurately
Provide technical support in root cause analysis, failure mode evaluation, and product improvements

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets

Required Qualifications of the Engineering Technician:

Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field (bachelorâs degree a plus)
2+ years of experience in a similar engineering or technical role, preferably in the LED lighting or electronics industry
Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and tools
Basic understanding of LED technology, lighting controls, and thermal management
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and drawings
Familiarity with lighting standards (UL, DLC, LM-79/LM-80, Title 24)
Experience working in a lighting test lab environment
Knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, or circuit troubleshooting

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities of the Onsite Coordinator:

Provide exceptional customer service to client customers, current associates, and applicants at all times.
Develop complete job descriptions for client openings and sell applicants on the position.
Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clients within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.
Provide new hires with complete new hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms. Ensure accurate employee files are kept according to federal requirements.

As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
Quality Assurance
Inventory Control (RF Scanners)

No experience is necessary and qualified applicants can start immediately! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $17.13-$19.13 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):

Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
Process inbound and outbound shipments.
Load and unload pallets. Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner.
Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):

Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities of the Embroidery Operator:-Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts
-Follow specified company policies and processes as directed
-Meet or exceed given quotas for the day
-Re-threading machine, replacing needles, and winding bobbins
-Perform general machine maintenance such as cleaning and small repairs
Required Qualifications of the Embroidery Operator:
-Previous sewing machine experience is desired (at least 1 year)
-Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
-Ability to sit or stand for long hours throughout shift depending on the given task
-Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of some English preferred
-Works well in a team environment
-Ability to lift to 10 lbs.

Ideal applicants should have experience in Powder Coating on stainless steel. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm2nd Shift 2:30-11:00pm. Powder Coat Painter Duties and Responsibilities:

Applies specified powder to product in accordance with standards for proper coverage, thickness and surface quality.
Adjusts valves and observes gauges to set pressure and control flow of powder to gun.
Performs color changes required by customer specifications.
Ensure color chip matches powder coat scheduled.
Maintains cleanliness of booth, spray gun, and surrounding area.
Wears all required PPE such as respirator, Tyvek suit, face shield.
Returns powder to storage daily.
Inspect parts to ensure quality coverage.
May help out in other areas of the plant.
Inform supervisor when supplies are low.
Maintain powder storage organization.

Powder Coat Painter Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience
Ability to follow procedures and instructions per ISO requirements
Good written & verbal skills; Bilingual is a plus
Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary

Keep powder levels up by bringing barrels in for filling hoppers
Relieve enamel sprayers when necessary
Clean filters and magnets

Comprehends instructions from Supervisors and Manager
Complete production report
Monitor quality of production by self-check, successive checks and comparison to quality standards
Active with troubleshooting and continual improvement of the process
Decides on Pre-shipment approval
Works with maintenance on problems with Air-Conditioner, Compressor Air and Powder Booths
Must fill out SPC charts
Interprets which lot of powder is best for any given line
Needs to work with Quality Control on questions concerning Powder Booth and related defects
Maintains Quality Control for employees

Required Qualifications of the Heavy General Laborer:

May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Able to 50 lbs. drums of powder.
