The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing international mail consolidation activities across the production floor to meet work projections and customer requirements outlined in Service Level Agreements. This involves scheduling and coordinating work across multiple operations areas, including mail and parcel processing, sorting, fulfillment, export screening, and transportation, to ensure that customers' service expectations are met and maintained.

Oversee daily operations for international mail and package processing.
Make sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to work well in a team environment and assume a leadership role.
Willing to take ownership of shifts and production-related issues.
Industry knowledge of international shipping or export practices would be a plus.
